We have been using SharePortals for a number of months now to record and manage client interactions as well as sales opportunities. We love how simple it is to use being based on industry-standard Microsoft software.
Previously, we used only Microsoft Outlook for email, our accounts software for storing contacts, and spreadsheets to track sales opportunities. Now it is all in one place and available any time through the cloud. The company directors get access to all the sales information when they need it and we save emails and attachments into the CRM system directly from Microsoft Outlook using the app.
